ERA supports the photography exhibition of the author Aurel Cepoi – “Central Asia. A Journey”

The Law Firm “Efrim Rosca and Associates” supports the organization of the photography exhibition and sale – “Central Asia. A Journey”, which aims to help children with special needs from Tony Hawks Centre in Chisinau. The exhibition will take place on February 11, 2016 at 18.00, in the Kentford building in Chisinau (202, Stefan cel Mare Boulevard).

The exhibition will present over 40 works by Aurel Cepoi, who is passionate about photography. The images were captured while travelling in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, during two and a half years period. The author affirms that the exhibition is organized not only because of his passion for photography, but also because of the desire to change for the better the lives of children with special needs.

Thus, the money raised from the sale of photographs will be offered for the construction of a multipurpose hall for disabled children. This will be the first hall used for sporting activities for children with special needs from Moldova and will be built on the current Tony Hawks Center terrace.

Tony Hawks Center is a non-governmental, non-profit organization, for chronically ill children from vulnerable families. For 15 years, the institution offers free medical and social rehabilitation for disabled children aged up to 18, who have no possibility, due to lack of financial means, to be involved in recovery programs. The center has been created and is funded by the famous British writer Tony Hawks, the author of the bestseller “Playing the Moldovans at tennis.”
