Mircea Patrachi is an associate lawyer at ERA. He graduated the Moldova State University being specialized in economic law and holds a master’s degree in civil law. He became a lawyer, member of the Chisinau Bar, in 2011.
He has considerable experience in litigation and representing clients from R. of Moldova, as well as from other countries, in front of the national courts and public authorities. His areas of expertise are: civil, commercial and administrative law (mainly customs law and public acquisitions).
During a three year period he worked in Bucharest at a multinational corporation from the ICT sector. He was involved in international projects (Russia, Armenia, North Macedonia, Romania, Rep. of Moldova). In 2014 he obtained a project management diploma issued by the Romanian authorities.
